Bizave Global Data Governance & Privacy Policy
At Bizave ("Life's tool at your hands"), administrative integrity, data security, and user trust are our highest priorities. This comprehensive Privacy Policy outlines our strict adherence to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and internationally recognized data protection principles (Transparency, Legitimate Purpose, and Proportionality).
1. Data Acquisition & Scope of Collection
We collect and process the following information strictly to operate the Bizave software utility and facilitate our peer-to-peer problem-solving ledger:
- Volunteered Credentials: Names, contact identifiers (e.g., mobile numbers), and professional competency data voluntarily submitted through our "Originator Credentials" or "Resolution Proposal" forms.
- Operational Data: Technical descriptors, hardware parameters, and process methodologies inputted into the global ledger.
- System Telemetry: Anonymized timestamps, platform interactions, and database queries utilized for maintaining software integrity and enforcing standard license limits.
2. Legitimate Purpose & Operational Utility
Bizave processes your data exclusively to deliver our Class 9 software utility services. This includes logging operational challenges, connecting originators with executing nodes, authorizing enterprise access, and indexing dataset exports. We strictly prohibit the unauthorized external commercialization, brokering, or selling of user data to third-party advertisers.
3. Security Architecture & Data Sovereignty
Data entered into the Bizave ledger is transmitted and stored using enterprise-grade, encrypted cloud database protocols. We implement robust technical, organizational, and physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or unlawful destruction of your personal information. Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill its operational purpose or as mandated by Philippine law.
4. Rights of the Data Subject
In strict compliance with R.A. 10173, Bizave guarantees your rights as a data subject, including:
- Right to be Informed: To know how your data is collected, processed, and stored.
- Right to Access & Data Portability: To request a copy of your personal data currently indexed in our system (facilitated via our CSV export utility).
- Right to Object & Rectify: To dispute inaccuracies in your data or object to its processing.
- Right to Erasure or Blocking: To request the suspension, withdrawal, or complete removal of your credentials from our active ledger.
- Right to File a Complaint: To seek recourse with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if your rights are violated.
